Got a pair of gentle monster glasses as a gift but they're a little too small for my head. Went to their store to ask if they can adjust but they said they don't do that.
Is there any place that would adjust the glasses? Frame is made from titanium I believe.

wait so the gentle monster store wouldn’t adjust them? you can always try yourself.
Do you have a (gift) receipt for it? If not, would the person who gifted it to you be able to share it with you?
I’m not familiar with this brand; but in some cases, if they aren’t providing service, it could be because the item may be counterfeit (they are unable to ascertain authenticity), or a parallel import. The former is easier to understand why, the latter in some cases depends on the product or the brand, and if they offer “international service” included with the initial sale.
