They made me redo the form to add, after ‘action figure’: ‘(no battery, no glue)’.
Then they said that a toy with a usb-powered battery couldn’t be sent by surface mail, so I had to take it out of the box and redo the form again.
They also asked that a description that I had found in the list of HS codes be changed. I thought you had to stick to the code that best match the content and that the corresponding description of the item couldn’t be changed. When I asked JP post if it is required to stick to the name corresponding to the HD code, they said “it is your responsibility, but we do not send items that are not properly named”. So I still do not know the answer to my question.
Very much hoping the package will be safely delivered without further ado.
