I was wondering if anyone knows a good approach to finding commercial property in the Nikko, Tochigi area (including agent referrals)? We're struggling with our agents (we've asked as many as we could find) in that they just don't really have any inventory (over the last year). We were advised to go through property records (on paper) at the town hall to find vacant properties and then go directly to those properties and knock on doors. I know this might be the best course at this point, but I was hoping there were other recommendations from this fine group?
