Construction site managers in Japan: how does your typical day look?

Hi everyone,
I’ll be moving to Tokyo next year to work as a construction site manager, and I’m trying to get a realistic idea of what daily life on-site is like in Japan.
My salary will be around 280,000 yen per month, with bonus twice a year, so I’m also trying to understand about the workload and lifestyle.
I’d really appreciate insights from people who are currently working (or have worked) in the Japanese construction industry.
