Question about cities in Japan with fewer cockroaches, typhoons, and heavy snow

Are there any large cities in Japan (located in plains areas) where:

• cockroaches are relatively few,

• typhoon impact is relatively low,

• and it is not a heavy snowfall region?

(I don’t mean “zero,” just “relatively few/low.”)

I’m originally from Beijing, China. In Beijing, we rarely have large cockroaches, typhoons, or heavy snow. I’m considering living in Japan in the future, so I’m looking for a city with a similar environment.

My conditions are:

• Earthquakes: I understand they happen everywhere in Japan, so that’s acceptable.

• Cockroaches: I can tolerate small German cockroaches (which exist worldwide), but I would strongly prefer to avoid larger species like the American cockroach as much as possible.

• Snow: Some light, scenic snowfall is fine, but I would like to avoid regions with extreme snowfall that feels like a natural disaster.

• Geography: Preferably a large city in a flat/plain area.

I previously asked five different AIs, and they gave inconsistent answers: Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Okayama, and Saitama.

Among these, which would be the most suitable?

Or are there other cities that would better match these conditions?
