I moved to japan a while ago but due to phone provider issues recently switched to a different provider and in doing such decided to switch my number registered to my yahoo account. I removed the old number but when trying to register my new one I get a notification that says 「LINEヤフー共通利用規約に反する行為を確認したため、この携帯電話番号は利用できません。」as this is a new number I was confused and reached out to customer service inquiring if it was already registered to an account and asking if there was a way to remove the ban as I have not registered this number to an account before but they refuse to tell me anything! I'm at a loss for what to do as I need a number registered to use alot of their services, I set up an appointment with my service provider as well but I'm not sure they will be able to help. Any advice??
