Shot in the dark: recommendations for good swivling hight-adjusting bar stool?

Looking for recommendations for high-quality bar stools that both adjust height and swivel. Local stores have nothing better than what I find at Nitori. Online, I find that they all look to be of the same quality, whether 6,000 yen or 60,000 yen, so I don't really have a basis to choose.

Regardless of price, they all seem to use fake leather (PUレザー)…. I'd prefer real.

Any recommendartions for or against specific products or stores appreciated!
