WHV appointment tomorrow, help me put my mind at ease about residency.

My appointment is tomorrow. I am a US/French citizen living in the US. I traveled to Paris for the appointment and to see family.

I have all of my paperwork in order, my money is on my French bank account, etc.

From both sources I've seen, residency is not a requirement, I read and re-read these two pages ad nauseam:

The Working Holiday Programmes in Japan

For a national of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Iceland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Sweden, Estonia, Netherlands, Uruguay, Finland, Latvia, Luxembourg or Malta, an applicant must be currently residing in his or her country of nationality

France is not in this list.

Working Holiday Visa (France)

Les ressortissants français établis dans les DROM-COM* ou bien hors de France dépendent de la zone verte (Paris)

Translated:

French nationals residing in the DROM-COM* or outside France are subject to the green zone (Paris)

It is my understanding that I do not have to reside in France to apply for the visa.

I should be good to go, right?

Thank you!

Edit: Naturally, I am also not going to overly advertise to them that I don't reside here, but I won't hide it either. On the form, I put down my sister's address in Paris, and a French phone number to contact me. However my resume has nothing but US jobs in there.
