Being able to understand but not to speak

Hi there.
I've been studying Japanese since last june and I feel I'm progresing, but it's hard for me to talk.
I've been doing a lot of anki for learning vocab, and even though I'm able to comprehend texts or some conversations, I'm not confident when it comes to speak it, and it's frustrating.
I'd apreciate to recieve any tips, thanks in alcance.
