I was informed by Tokyo Skytree employee that my ticket will be refunded as the weather was bad

it's really cloudy so fair enough visibility is bad, but i didn't think that was a reason for refund and I see nothing else online about this. Has anyone experience of this? the staff are turning everyone away. we booked through Klook as well and they said that should be no problem.

it's just there's nothing online about this situation, and it's one I feel would have happened a thousand times before
