I bought my Shinkansen tickets a while ago in the SmartEX app, and I connected the app with my suica card (not a physical card), and added the Suica to my apple wallet. I designated the tickets to the card in the SmartEX app, but nothing has changed/been updated in my Suica card app or on my apple wallet, it just shows the 1,000 yen I added the suica. Is this normal? Will my suica still work when I get to the shinkansen?
