ALT with M.A. in Education

I (24M) am moving from NYC to the Kanto region as an ALT with Interac. No issues with the process and everything is in order. Before arrival I will have finished my M.A. in Education. I have a year of experience each in adult ESL and public high school teaching. I have roughly $30K+ available.

The move is a first time experience for me. But in the event that I wind up enjoying it and may even plan ahead to stay long term, what are some education/academia related opportunities you heard of or experienced yourselves?

I’m just trying to get a sense early on of what doors might realistically exist if I decide I want to build something longer term. Not trying to rush anything, just curious and planning ahead.

TL;DR: 24M moving to Kanto as an Interac ALT, finishing M.A. in Education, 1 yr ESL + 1 yr H.S. experience, ~$30K+ saved. If I end up wanting to stay long term, what education-related career paths exist beyond ALT?
