Looking for affordable dreadlock retwist in East Tokyo (Edogawa area)

Hey everyone,

I’m half African / half Mexican with semi-fine hair (it knots and dreads pretty easily), and I currently have dreadlocks. I’m looking for a good place—or even a person—in the Tokyo area, preferably East Tokyo around Edogawa, that does retwists at a reasonable price.

I got my hair twisted recently here in Japan and paid ¥45,000, but the quality honestly wasn’t great and I’m already needing a retwist after just 4 days… so I’m trying to find a better option.

If anyone knows:

• A salon that’s good with textured hair / locs

• Someone (like an auntie/uncle, home-based stylist, etc.) who does retwists on the side

I’m open to both. I’m happy to pay and can also bring my own products.
