English language counseling or therapy?

So, if anyone has seen my posts these days I have been really not feeling that well, and I think it would be best for myself and my marriage for me to go into counseling from this April. Now, I don't know where to even begin with this, but I thought here might be a good start because I think Reddit when it comes to asking about these things people genuinely give good answers.

I live in the Saitama area, and I know I would probably have to go into Tokyo for an English speaking counselor. I don't think it would be for long term maybe.

Any suggestions or things to avoid? Does my or my wife's health insurance cover the expenses? How much am I looking at for this just to get an idea.

If you have any more to add please.

Thank you for your time.

Edit: So, I'm noticing from a some of these places recommended to me it's like you talk to someone but maybe it's only for 25 minutes or so, and maybe they prescribe you some medicine. Not to mention 5,550 for that? Plus I have to take the time to travel there. Not worth it to me. That is not what I am looking for. I mentioned it to my wife and she said that is pretty typical for Japan. I wonder if I should try looking into something online? I might try some of these places to start out. Maybe get an idea. Ask some questions. I don't know.
