Should I preemptively transfer my money to Yen?

Hi! I’m student abroad this fall for 4 months. I’ve been seeing that the Yen is at all time lows and will likely get better soon.

I’m wondering if it would be a good idea to transfer some of my savings into a Japanese bank account or something?

I have no idea how this works so any advice relating to financials abroad would help!!
