Best areas to live as a student

Next semester I will move to Tokyo for a year to study at Hosei University.

I am currently looking for accommodation, preferably not too long a travel from the University (20-30 mins), and maybe even more important in a fun, lively neighbourhood.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
