Need two new eSIMS – any provider recommendations?

I've been using LINEMO throughout my entire time in Japan, but it doesn't fit my needs anymore so I am looking to switch. Plus, I need to print business cards that have my phone number, and in a desperate attempt at work-life balance I want to get a secondary number for that purpose.

So I'm looking for some recommendations for both purposes !

Key restrictions:

– I do not have a Japanese credit card which eliminates all providers that require one to apply.

– I want eSIMs rather than physical SIM cards.

For my new private SIM: I want to migrate my old LINEMO phone number. I don't make or take many phone calls, and as for data I'm good with anything over 3GB per month.

For my new "work" SIM: I don't need data, but I do need a reasonable plan for calls.

I've looked into the most popular plans, and Rakuten and some other usual suspects are of course solid options. I just wanted to check if anyone has any recommendations beyond that, or any experience whether getting two numbers from the same provider makes it significantly easier, etcetc.
