If You’re Finlay, and You See Callum Win the Title, How Do You Feel?

Rumor and innuendo suggest Finlay may have left the company because of hitting “his ceiling“ in New Japan. But, it could’ve been other reasons:

Wanting to be closer to family

Not getting paid enough

Tired of Japan

Being told you won’t win the title (or we prefer you to be a gatekeeper/mid-tier title holder)

At the same time, New Japan could have told him:

You won’t be elevated unless you move to Japan (not sure if he did)

You’re too old

You need to wait your turn

We want to build domestic guys

Bottom line: If you see (or hear about) Callum winning the title so soon after departing the company (in what was essentially your spot), how do you feel?

P.S. – I know the Callum spot could've also gone to Gabriel had he stayed around, but we don't mention that name around here anymore.
