Hello, i was wondering if anyone on this sub would be of help. My grandmother had a yahoo.co.jp mail account and was getting emails up to mid february. Unfortunately she doesn’t remember her password, and my mother and I have been trying to figure out how to change the password, but we are having trouble. We tried doing the process of putting her Yahoo ID, but we aren’t sure what her ID is (i am assuming it’s the first half of the email address), she doesn’t have a cellphone or have made a paypal account, then it says we could not find that account. I also saw on the FAQ that it seems like the yahoo.co.jp and the ybb.ne.jp address where changed?
