New job complications, visa expiring soon. How do I fix this issue without breaking the bank?

I hope this is ok to ask. I really need support right now and you guys seem to know a lot of laws and regulations.

Started a new job and already drowning.

Placed on PIP due to disability and false allegations I can't beat due to bad attitude (meaning attempting to correct misunderstandings and asking about coworkers committing the same mistakes.) The labor board said PIP due to disability can be discrimination if it continues to happen, but the other allegations would be difficult to deny. If there is more disability discrimination, is the labor board enough to handle this or would I need to go to a lawyer?

Another issue is my visa. What would happen if my company does not assist in the extension process? It hasn't been done yet and the company takes days to reply to my questions. PIP ends 1 day before my visa expires which makes me think there is no intention of visa assistance. This stress has put me into a deep depression so I went to a very expensive psychiatrist. I think I was diagnosed with adjustment disorder. I'm afraid to tell the company about this and I'm afraid to go back to doctor. I don't feel well enough to get out of the house for that kind of thing so I did an online consultation which doesn't seem to be covered by insurance. I got an expensive shindansho too which I'm not even sure I want to show.

How do I fix this? How do I not spend a lot doing so? I don't know what to do. I have a much higher quality of life here than in my country. I can make enough to pay rent and eat and live in the city which isn't something I can do at home. I don't want to leave just yet.
