Hey there, I recently moved to Japan for only 4 months on a student visa. I'm trying to think of easy meals to make with not much in terms of equipment with ingredients you can get here in Japan.
I only have an induction heater, frying pan, small pot, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. And because I'm only here for 4 months, I don't want to get any more specialty cooking equipment (not like I have the room anyways) and I'm not too familiar with what ingredients you can find jn stores here.
Any thoughts or ideas would be really helpful!
