So, I recently ordered a rakuten credit card. It got accepted, attempted for delivery, but the delivery driver took it back saying I entered my name in katakana when it should've been in English (I'm an immigrant).
I've tried countless times to atleast cancel or change my details through Rakuten e-Navi but it won't happen cuz everytime I open the page they ask for Activation Service form which requires card details which I can't give, CUZ I DONT HAVE THE CARD. I've tried their chat support but it's absolute bullcrap.
