  1. Hi! I’m going to Korea for a summer language program and considering going to Japan for the fall. My Korean is intermediate and I took Japanese back in college but forgot almost everything, so I would be fairly beginner, but since I have a background in Korean think I will catch on quickly. However, I know a couple of phrases I’ve learned from watching Terrace House (lol) and made a lot of Japanese friends in Korea that I want to speak with more because I think Japanese is so fun and interesting. Does anyone have any recommendations for language programs in Japan that focus more on speaking/communication (even at a lower level)? Many of my friends are based in Tokyo, so I would also like to look around that area. Thank you!
