Planning on going to Aomori, Hirosaki included. How do local buses work there? Board in front or behind? Pay at entrance or exit? Cash only or IC card allowed? Does Suica work?
And does anyone have a clear guide on how to go from Aomori Airport to Aomori or Hirosaki cities and vice versa? I'm confused by the info out there.
