Will it be raining torrentially in Tokyo June 27th – 4th Jully?

Our friends are planning on travelling to Tokyo for a week with kids. Does it make sense? Will they be able to access kid's related activities like Disneyland or DisneySea? Plz share pros & cons. Or is it not worth travelling to?
