Looking for somebody who can help me convert miniDV tapes to digital in Osaka $$$

I’m having trouble finding a converter that can convert miniDV footage into digital. If anybody in Osaka has the tools to do so (and can preferably speak english) hmu in dms. i’m willing to pay.
