I’m a very novice learner of Japanese with a child not yet a year old. I’m interested in a children’s book that can help them be introduced to the language. I’m thinking like simple vocab, hiragana, etc. in English we have books that teach animals, colors, and the alphabet- something like this. I don’t think reading stories to her that are fully in Japanese will be useful but I’m not necessarily opposed to it if someone has one they love.
