Basically the title. My employer is threatening to not let me renew my visa if I don’t “improve”. But I have all my documents to renew my visa myself. My concern is immigration contacting my company and telling them I’m renewing my visa and my company firing me for going behind their back and doing it myself.
If I renew my visa all on my own, will immigration call/contact my employer?
