Short term rentals in Japan

I'm considering taking a Japan trip at the end of the year for about 2 months in december and January as I have some time off university. This will be the 3rd time I'm visiting Japan, but my first time actually renting rather than just using hotels.

The best rental options I could find were about 80,000 yen for Osaka and 90,000 yen in Tokyo both in somewhat decent locations about 15-20 minutes out from the main central stations in either city. They're both full apartments with kitchens, the Osaka one has its own washing machine and the Tokyo one has a coin laundry on the ground floor.

Are these good deals? I couldn't really find anything cheaper due to how most rentals work with key fees, cleaning fees, utilities fees and whatever else these were the cheapest ones I could find which were all inclusive of all the tiny fees which are usually misleading and not explicitly stated. Does anyone have any recommendations for this or has anyone found any better deals for 1 month rentals anywhere?
