Ishimori/young: i say lets have young win here since he will be looking for payback and since this is his first tourney why not start him out on the right foot (young wins)
Kanemaru/sho:i think sho should probally win here and get the monkey off his back (sho wins)
Nagai/taguchi: could there be an upset here sure anything is possible but i kinda doubt it with nagai bascilly coming out of nowhere and this isnt a case like it is with young where young is atleast somewhat known (taguchi wins)
Yoh/hyo: the thing is they havent really done anything with yoh for a while that i can think of and if they want fresh faces assuming dragongate would ley hyo be semi-regular (hyo wins)
Robbie/wayne: i think in this case wayne really doesnt need the rub and idk if robbie is a regular in new japan but if he is then yeah i could argue he needs win more (robbie wins)
Kushida/eagles: i know that kushida has done alot so i know that he doesnt need the rub of beating eagles and if they did eventually give the tourney win to eagles hes more likely to stick around long term (eagles wins)
Titan/wato: id say wato isnt hurt in loss didnt he win one of these already and titan is a potential fresh tease of a finalist (titan wins)
Desperado/sasaki: pretty much all of what i said about the opener applies here (sasaki wins)
Fujita/akira: i think for purposes of adding drama and letting a fresh face tease winning (akira wins)
