Going from Narita on Keisei’s “other” trains – Are you likely to recommend?

I'm guessing that the bulk of travellers would prefer to take the Skyliner from Narita to Tokyo instead of Keisei's other offerings because it's faster, more predictable, more frequent and has ample luggage space.

However Keisei does offer other trains like the Access Express. Some seem attractive on paper because they're cheaper, and they go to places that the Skyliner doesn't (i.e: stations along the Asakusa line, Keikyu lines).

For that reason, I've seen some recommend it. Would you agree with their statement? I'm wondering as I've heard that coming on commuter trains with bulky luggage is being frowned upon.
