Hey all, I am planning the next year – 2 years in going back to Japan since I loved my first trip so much. I was curious on what people's takes were on a second trip.
For the first trip, I was able to see Tokyo, Kanazawa, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Osaka. As for the second trip I was thinking of doing the northern part of Japan in wintertime around the time of the Sapporo snow festival. Basically starting up north and going south to end in Tokyo where I feel like I could see so much more.
I know for certain that I want to end up back in Tokyo to see more but anything else is fair game. The length of time would probably be around 14 days to 16 days.
