Foreign driver’s license conversion in Nagoya — nervous about the test

Hello everyone!
I’m going to take the theoretical test for converting my foreign driver’s license to a Japanese driver’s license for regular cars. I heard that you need to bring several documents, that there is a medical/eye exam, and that the written test has 50 questions.
Has anyone here gone through the process at Hirabari Menkyo Center and could share their experience? Was the test difficult? What kind of questions are on it?
