Hello! I’m currently trying to do a PayPay account but my full name is long (more than 4 words) and PayPay doesn’t accept more than 4 words to send the ID verification.
I tried to only send the beginning of my name but without surprise it failed since it’s not my full name. I literally just can’t enter my real name and they don’t seem to understand that some people have more than 4 words to enter.
Tried to ask for help but I only ended up chatting with a bot
Does anyone has this issue before?
