I just returned my car today and because I was in a rush did not fill up the tank and they charged me around 3300 jpy. I was just charged from then again an hour ago for around 7700 jpy. Im trying to get answers and have emailed them but dont understand the charge. I cant call because I dont have sms. What is going on here? Why was I charged 7700 jpy without my authorization?
any tips or information would help thank you
