How does level advancement work at Akamonkai?

Planning to enroll and trying to understand how you move between levels. A few specific questions:

1. How often do level-up exams happen ,every term or more frequently?
2. Is there a minimum passing score to advance (e.g. 60%, 70%)?
3. What happens if you don’t pass, do you repeat the level?
