Was riding today in the bike lane and a scooter drove from a parking lot right into it and I had to jump out of the way to avoid him. He rode off before I could stop him.
Been experiencing a lot of this kind of behavior and wanted to start wearing a bodycam while biking. Is there any issues doing that here?
