Sleep Clinic Recommendations in Tokyo

I have been having difficulty to fall asleep for the last 2 weeks. Went to a clinic in Omotesando Sleep Heart clinic, initially was prescribed Dayvigo 5 mg, worked only for the first night, then few days after changed to 10 mg but still no positive results.

Last Saturday, on top of Dayvigo 10 my, I was prescribed for kanpou traditional herb Chinese medicine, but still no positive results as well.

I’m just wondering whether I should find different clinics.
