A question for any Americans who have gone through the 帰化 proces.

Hi everybody, I have just gotten the ball rolling on naturalization, and had my first meeting. I understand it can vary quite a bit, especially by prefecture. But I am struggling with a couple of the things they told me to get.

One, they asked me to find something similar to the Japanese 戸籍謄本, which they called "family list." I don't think any such document exists in America. Did anybody else get asked for this, and what did they use in it's place for their submission?

Two, they pointed out that my passport was stamped in/out every time I left/returned to Japan, but the country of entry didn't stamp anything. Looking it up, most other places (including the states) don't use stamps anymore, so they told me to get proof from the American side of entry/exit. The closest thing I can find is a freedom of information act request through the government, which I have made to the American Customs and Border Control, but I am unsure if this will work, or how long it will take. Did anybody else have to address this question, and if so, how.

Sorry for the bothersome questions. I would be super grateful for the voice of experience, if anybody else had any luck with these two points!
