Let's call my supervisor Tanaka. I submitted my 退職届 today through mail –
I get a text from them (yes didn't reply to my email) saying I can't decide it without calling
and consulting with them. Tells me I can't leave development work midway(I have 0 development work right now?). I'm not sure what to make of this? Is he saying he has rejected my 退職届? In which case, what do I do? How do I proceed?
