How to pass last round interview最終面接

Hello,
I am currently doing new graduate job hunting in Japan and I already received one offer, but there is one company I am especially interested in and I am going to the final interview round soon.

The interview will be entirely in Japanese, but I am not too worried about the language part. What makes me nervous is that the interview will be with 4 interviewers at the same time:

the company president
managing director
executive
HR/recruitment person

I would really like to pass this final round, so I wanted to ask for advice from foreigners who have gone through similar interviews in Japan.
What kind of questions should I expect at this stage?
What are Japanese companies usually evaluating during the final round?
Is it more about personality/cultural fit at this point, or can they still reject candidates for technical or communication reasons?

Also, if anyone has experience interviewing with traditional Japanese companies or manufacturers, I would really appreciate any tips.
Thank you!
