Mercari is rejecting my credit card, I don’t know why and what changed after using it for 7 months

So about a week ago Mercari started rejecting my credit card and I have been unable to use it ever since. The error message claims, that my credit card company rejected the request, however when I reached out to them they found no issues. What can I do to resolve this error?
