Wife and I have a mansion in Osaka, living here part time. Our building provides a TV signal feed to all units through coax. We get NHK basic, but not stuff like BS. They (NHK) have sent us a bill that lists two different fee amounts: one is for "terrestrial" services, the other (larger) one is for "terrestrial + satellite" services. How do we figure out which one to pay? If we pay the larger one, will we start receiving the BS channels? Wouldn't they have to have unique ID info for our TV?
