Have any Americans recently requested copies of their past tax returns from the IRS using form 4506? How did you pay?

Hi all,

Have any Americans recently requested copies of their past tax returns from the IRS using form 4506?
The instructions say that you need to physically send the forms to the IRS address and also include a check or a money order for the processing payment.

How did you pay? Were you able to send a money order from Japan?

I don't see any info on the website about alternate payment methods.
