Are there any large malls or streets with higher end brands in Okinawa?

Hello I was hoping to do some higher end shopping or atleast browse while i’m in Japan. I love Gina Tanaka but they don’t have a store near Okinawa. Any suggestions for high end Japanese brands/goods? I’m not interested in international brands more so Japanese only brands.
Would also appreciate if there are stores that sell Gina Tanaka since there’s a bracelet of there’s I was hoping to purchase!
