Moving to Japan without working in factories?

I am a Brazilian/Japanese, and I know that a lot of people in my position go to Japan to work in factories in small towns; my parents did this in the 90s, for instance.

I've recently been to Japan and really loved the country. No sugar coating here… I know it has its problems, too. It just seems that compared to Brazil, it's a better place to raise kids, considering safety, education, health, etc.

Now, my situation is: I run my own online English school, so I'd be able to move and not work in factories. My wife would probably work in the beginning, but because she's a physical therapist, I guess she'd be able to maybe start working on her own – but that's a maybe.

We still don't have kids, but plan to have them in the near future. We're 28 and 26. Would you say it's a good move, or would it be better to live in Brazil and deal with violence, high prices, etc, but stay close to family?
