I hate that a quasi official WWE account posts stuff like this. Quick way to take the steam out of a return or debut. It’s one thing for the dirtsheets to do it but this annoys me. I do think there could be more to be done in NJPW but I can’t say I’m not intrigued by how WWE might handle Jay White. Just hope he gets treated more like 2016-17 Styles than 2017-2018 Finn.

This is the 1st im hearing of Dark Asuka, & i have never been so intrigued. Rhea vs Dark Asuka at Summerslam sounds main event worthy if built up right.
I know AEW roster is bloated but I really want Jay in AEW. He could still hold a small NJPW contract while being fulltime with AEW. Jay has been the villain/final boss for NJPW for so long now it feels like they are losing something big.
ignoring that this is a BT Sports account and not an official WWE one (as far as I know) I just think “Brock being booked strong” being listed as a surprise is pretty funny. Like it’s such an outlandish idea.
That and if Jay goes, kudos on the payday.
