I’ve been studying Japanese for a month and so far I’ve only done a few chapters of genki since I decided that I’ll start memorizing kanji after I clear genki 1 for the context, recently I felt like I was not progressing whatsoever i figured I need to change my method and now I’m just looking for good decks for kanji and vocabs, i tried a lot of decks but most of them just give you the English counterpart of the word with no context in furigana or Japanese meaning of the word

I think core 2.3k is popular right now. In the end it doesn’t matter just grab a deck and do it.
You could try grabbing a book and getting vocab from that. May not be much, but it’s atleast some type of vocab that is being studied
