So Back in March I was out of Japan, and missed a payment for March (458yen), and by the time I came back the due date was done and no internet. I paid anyway in conbini and it went through. No internet though.
Tried out resets on router and then went to rakuten mobile store where they told me my contract was cancelled due to non payment and nothing can be done. So I asked them to apply for a new contract as everything is already set up.
Now I get a call from the company asking for construction, for which they want 15000 yen eventhough I had contract with them till the previous month and all the hardware is still here. So, I declined to complete and was informed that the contract will not move ahead.
Fast forward to May, and I got 458 yen payment slip again, and yesterday 12,000 yen payment slip eventhough my contract is said to be cancelled. Has anyone faced such situation before? What should I do? Looks like I have hit a stone wall as they dont have physical stores and I cannot speak japanese.
Tldr: Rakuten cancelled my contract due to missed payment, now keeps charging money.
