Notifying Change of employer…possibly again but now online?

I changed jobs a few years ago. I do remember sending a “Change of Employer” via mail. I never got an acknowledgement for it.

I am renewing my visa, and I was asked if I already informed my change of employer and I could do it online. I said I did via the postal service, but now my brain is freaking out because maybe this will be an issue to renew my visa.

So I have some questions:

1. If I do apply online to notify Immigration I changed jobs, will that be an issue that I submitted it so late?
2. Will it be an issue if I already sent the notification years ago via mail, but I’m sending it again online?
3. Has anyone had an issue renewing their visas without informing immigration that they had changed jobs prior to the change?
